Cantora Group case-study cover with 6M views in three months.
01

Context

Three teams had run the page before the engagement. April 2026, the month before the start, recorded 1,460 views and 242 accounts reached.

TikTok did not exist at Point A.

02

Constraint

Month one used a paid layer I managed, so paid and organic results had to stay visibly separate from the start.

  • Month one included a paid layer set up and managed as part of the service.
  • $593 of promotion accounted for 85.1% of that month’s views, while engagement by reach fell from 12.0% to 1.9% as cold reach scaled.

Execution

The first month tested the system with paid support; the next months showed what the content could do without a promotion budget.

  • Month one ran 36 days: accounts reached moved 242 → 21,926; views 1,460 → 35,292; profile visits 87 → 644.
  • Peak month: 701,761 Instagram views and 465,406 accounts reached, with no promotion budget that month.
  • TikTok launched from zero and reached 4.73M views with 0 paid distribution; 97.5% of traffic came from recommendations.

Proof limits

What this case does not claim.

  • Paid ran in month one and represented 85.1% of that month’s views.
  • No revenue or sales impact is documented yet.
  • Month one ran 36 days rather than 30.
  • Months two and three had no promotion budget; TikTok used 0 paid distribution.
08

How we worked

The operating rhythm was simple: monthly plan, batch shoots, written reports and KPI review against the target.

  • Monthly plan with 15 publications and 41–45 stories.
  • Batch shoots.
  • Written reports on reach, funnel, audience, what worked and what did not.
  • KPI plan compared target against actual; August goal hit at 80%.

The project is marked ongoing in the source since 25 May 2026.
